Manage the Sunrise Mobility app on mobile devices

The Sunrise Mobility Management Console enables system administrators to manage the application, including monitoring usage, managing users and devices, and configuring security.

The Sunrise Mobility Management Console contains tabs that perform specific tasks for managing the mobile app.

  • Dashboard Tab – This tab is used to view user activity and errors generated by the mobile app.
  • Users/Devices Tab – This tab is used to manage user access to the app to broadcast messages to users.
  • Config/Security Tab – This tab is used to configure app component options and security.
  • Diagnostics Tab – This tab is used to monitor Helios Web Services system activity.

In the top right corner of Sunrise Mobility Management Console are displayed general statistics about the mobile app. The information that is displayed includes the number of times any activity has been performed in the application in the last hour, last 24 hours, and last 7 days. Such activities can include events such as user logon or users accessing their Secure Health Messaging Inbox. The purpose of this information is to provide a quick overview of usage trends for the application over recent time periods.
