Work with diagnostics

Use the Diagnostics tab to review the activity on the system to spot any potential issues.

The current status of the Sunrise Clinical Manager Transaction Processor service (SCMTP) is displayed at the top of the tab. Refresh the status by clicking the refresh icon refresh icon.

The SCMTP enables the transfer of orders from the mobile app to Sunrise™ Clinical Manager.

Activate or deactivate all logging by selecting Turn On or Turn Off.

To modify the logging destinations (for example, a database or log files), or the logging detail level, you must manually edit the Web.config file.

CAUTION: Make sure that the log files are saved to a folder outside of the Helios Web Services installation folder structure. Log files stored in the Helios Web Services installation folders can cause server work processes to restart, which causes instability. See Services tracing and logging for more information.

Filter the number of entries shown by entering a date range. Only entries logged during the specified dates appear.
