Progress Note without logo

If you do not include a logo and header at the top of the progress note, use the ProgressNote.rtf file.

Procedure

  1. To find the ProgressNote.rtf file, go to the following location on the server where you installed Helios Web Services:
    ..\HeliosWebServices\App_Data\ProgressNote.rtf
  2. Change the data in the template to represent your facility’s information.
    Note: When you change the data in the template, do not remove any of the tokens or bookmarks. If you remove them, the progress note will not save correctly into Sunrise Clinical Manager.
