Progress Note with logo

To include a logo and header at the top of the progress note, use the ProgressNote.rtf file and the ProgressNoteWLogo.rtf file.

Procedure

  1. Make a backup copy of the ProgressNote.rtf file.

    To find the ProgressNote.rtf file, go to the following location on the server where you installed Helios Web Services:

    ..\HeliosWebServices\App_Data\ProgressNote.rtf

  2. In the same folder, find the ProgressNoteWLogo.rtf file and rename it to ProgressNote.rtf.
  3. Change the data in the new ProgressNote.rtf file to represent your facility’s information.
    Note: When you change the data in the template, do not remove any of the tokens or bookmarks. If you remove them, the progress note will not save correctly into Sunrise Clinical Manager.
