Enable and disable device access

Use the Enabled column in the Users/Devices tab to control device access to the mobile app.

About this task

To enable and disable user access to Sunrise™ Clinical Manager you must use Configuration Tools or Helios by Altera.

  • To enable device access to the mobile app, locate the device in the Users/Devices tab and select Enabled. The device's access to the mobile app is enabled.
  • To disable device access to Sunrise, locate the device in the Users/Devices tab and clear Enabled. The device's access to the mobile app is disabled.
