Work with users and devices
The Users/Devices tab lets you to manage the users and devices that access the mobile app.
The tab includes a table displaying information about each mobile app user:
- The name of the user
- Device Type
- App Version
- Device Identifier
- Number of Times the User Has Accessed a Service
- Date and Time of Last Login
- Whether the device has the ability to receive broadcast messages
- Whether the device is enabled to access the mobile app
The Users/Devices table also includes a search box that enables you to search for records in the table based upon search characters that you enter. After you type search characters in the box, all rows containing text that matches your search characters are displayed in the table.
